Nicolas Tremblay's GEMD

Graph Empirical Mode Decomposition

GEMD Empirical Mode Decomposition is an algorithm that decomposes a signal in an addition of modes, in a local and non-stationary manner. Extending EMD to signals defined on graphs is another effort given in the emerging field of graph signal processing. I work on generalizing the key points of EMD: defining the extrema, interpolation procedure, and the sifting process stopping criterion.
